Delivery timelines

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch (metros and major cities may be faster; remote pin codes may take longer).
• You will receive tracking details once your order is handed to our logistics partner.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on eligible orders as shown in our site offers (currently free shipping across India on orders over ₹2,999, unless otherwise stated).
• For other orders, shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD may be available for eligible pin codes.
• COD orders may include a non-refundable logistics/handling charge as displayed at checkout (inclusive of applicable GST).
• Please keep the exact payable amount ready for the courier.
